Duties and Responsibilities:
They work for health care administrators to address the concerns and special needs of patients and their families. They also evaluate the patient's satisfaction and they work with departments to resolve the patient problems and educate the staff.

Educational Requirements:
In order to become a patient representative you are supposed to take challenging high school courses in business, science, math, and English. Sometimes the requirements are different for each person who wants to become one.
