They are the people who plan, direct, and coordinate the treatment for people who have disabilities, injuries, or illnesses and for entertainment for the patients they provide arts and crafts, drama, music, dance, sports, games, and field trip. Some of their duties involve creating a treatment program that may appeal to the patients, they help the patients with their social skills so they could become or remain independent and last of the things they may also do are teaching patients about helpful way they could cope with anxiety or depression.
