what he means is that when you wake up and sleep early it better for you and your health because that way you wake up more energetic and stronger than the day before but if you sleep late and wake up late then you wake up lazy and with intentions of not doing anything so i think it's best when people sleep and wake up early because not only is it good for your healthy but it's good for you overall.

what i'm going to do to be more healthy is i need to get more sleep  because it causes stress and everyone is better off with it anyways im going to join sports and try to be more optimistic that way i can not stress much
